Donna from Rangihou The Venue on Waiheke Island sent us this great idea for a delicious pizza. Spread Feijoa Kassoundi onto a Turkish bread base. Add spiced cooked lamb, Top with blue cheese, walnuts and mushrooms and cook. Serve cut into small wedges as fingerfood or as a tasty lunch.
