Q Gardens has been making its own recipes for delicious sauces, chutneys, preserves and relishes for more than 10 years. Now the company is turning its hand to something a little bit different and quite unique – tailoring its artisan products and skills to your individual requirements.
Q Gardens’ new specialised service offers cafes and chefs the opportunity to work with the company to create the sauces and chutneys that they need; exactly how they want them. The product can be manufactured in up to two litre quantities.
Clients can modify any existing Q Gardens product, or brief the team at Q Gardens about what flavours or ingredients they are looking for. Q Gardens will work with the client to arrive at a unique and delicious creation – just for them. Q Gardens can then continue to supply them with generous quantities of their new signature condiment.
One of Q Gardens’ current clients in Auckland wanted a tomato relish like her mother used to make. She mentioned sultanas, apples, brown sugar and bay leaves as ingredients. Q Gardens and the client agreed on a product spec, sent a couple of samples, and now supply 10 x two litres at a time.
Q Gardens’ new service is available nationwide and has already been utilised by a number of influential, modern cafes and eateries around New Zealand.
